Assistant Commercial Manager

• Accountable for sourcing & procurement of raw materials for API manufacturing plant.
• Raw material includes Key Starting materials, , Advance intermediates, specialty chemicals, common, Solvents. etc.
• Hand on experience on Procure to pay cycle for above category of RM's
• Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to change.
• Understanding of risk management and
• To ensure cost-effective purchase of all materials and services while ensuring quality control and compliance with the companys policies.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to factories for effective & timely production without any delay.
• To identify and contact various potential vendors through various channels, generate leads and develop new vendors for AVD
• To coordinate with factory personnel regarding production planning and accordingly arrange raw material as per the provided indent schedule.
• To monitor the price changes in the market of the materials required and accordingly appraise the same to seniors for cost-effectiveness.
• Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various evaluation metrics as CQA/RA Compliance, Quality as percentage for rejections, Price compared to market, timely delivery
• Streamlining process and procedures for effective inventory control through close monitoring Expired Materials, Rejected Materials, Restricted materials and Excess materials in stock

Qualifications : Science Graduate

Must :

• Strong verbal or written communication skills.
• Experience from pharmaceutical and / or chemical industry.
• Great relationship management with Strong negotiation skills.
