Job Description:
- As an Assistant General Manager - Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Asset Deals.
- You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business, including customer satisfaction, sales operations, team management, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication, addressing client concerns, and exceeding expectations.
- Sales Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including lead generation, customer follow-up, and deal closure.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial targets are met.
