Assistant General Manager :: Content

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of content strategies across various platforms, including digital and social media, for brand collaborations and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Spearhead growth initiatives and manage content creation, including video, articles, and other digital media for the company's brand, driving engagement and audience reach.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, PR, and creative teams to align content with brand objectives, target audiences, and overall marketing strategies.
• Manage relationships with influencers, music artists, and celebrities to maximize campaign results through strategic collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Drive influencer marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring effective targeting and optimal ROI.
• Lead a team of content creators, social media managers, and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.
• Create detailed campaign reports, analyze performance metrics (engagement, views, reach), and provide strategic recommendations to improve results.
• Work with ad sales teams to plan and implement brand placements on major platforms like Josh, Dailyhunt, and Filmibeat.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns and stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Oversee the development of content for high-profile on-ground events, including influencer meetups, music launches, and celebrity engagements.
• Manage content calendars, coordinate internal and external communication, and ensure all content is aligned with the brands tone and vision.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance content strategies and campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-12 years in Marketing and atleast 3-4 years in a position of similar responsibility
