Key Responsibilities:

1. Quantity Surveying:

• Mastery in preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and calculating finishing quantities for high-rise building projects.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in line with project specifications.

2. Budgeting & Costing:

• Develop and manage detailed project budgets while ensuring cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Perform in-depth analysis of project costs and recommend strategies for efficient execution.

3. Cost Monitoring:

• Continuously monitor project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Identify and track variances, and implement corrective measures as needed.

4. Reconciliation:

• Expertise in reconciling construction materials, including steel, concrete, cement, tiles, and other critical items.

5. RERA Compliance:

• Comprehensive knowledge of RERA regulations, including the preparation of Architectural and Engineering Certificates as required for compliance.
