Role & responsibilities
- Engineering Change Management: Lead the management and execution of engineering changes in the system, including tracking and monitoring the changes, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather the details.
- Analyze engineering data, identify the key changes and make recommendations to field team.
- Bulletin Release: Draft, review, and release technical bulletins to communicate changes in product design, maintenance procedures, or operational requirements to the field teams.
- Knowledge of engine, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical systems to understand the impact of engineering changes on product functionality and performance.
- Utilize Windchill for change management, Creo and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual aids for bulletins and technical documentation.
- Create clear presentations to convey complex engineering change information to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Preferred candidate profile
- Engineering Change Management Specialist will support our service field operations.
- Candidate should have the background in managing engineering changes, familiar with windchill, Creo, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Candidate should also have hands on experience of data analysis, preparing presentations and managing the release of technical bulletins. Coordinate with PE/ R&D & QA for necessary data collection related to ECM(Engineering change management), update of parts catalogue / updating of new variants creation. expertise in product technical aspects such as engine, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical system, efficient communication between teams, and ensuring that changes are effectively implemented in the field.
