Roles and Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Work closely with Project In-charge and Engineers to provide project management support throughout the life cycle of construction and maintenance of projects, specifically in relation to the development phase.
- Resolve technical, environmental, contract and project management issues, provide solutions and implement these as per the appropriate procedures, guidelines, processes and practices.
- Ensure environmental protection safeguards, work health and safety requirements, as per statutory and Aparna standards.
- Deliver effective project management and support including procurement, administration and coordination in line with project plans and objectives.
- Ensure wastage control and effective usage of men and materials through different techniques and industry best practices.
- Ensure housekeeping as per standards.
- Doing mock ups and approval.
- Maintain DPR and daily manpower report.
2. Financial
- Drive cost savings through process standardization and effective project management
- Liaise closely with Business Services teams to ensure accurate & robust budget monitoring against project plans
- Track and monitor benefits realisation against planned targets
- Adherence to departmental budget for labour deployment in coordination with project manager.
3. Customer Relationship
- Ensure customer modifications / query resolutions are handled within the pre-agreed timelines. Achieve customer satisfaction and handle the customer related issues promptly
4. People
- Encourage knowledge transfer and lessons learnt during project execution to drive best practice and bring in change initiatives at Aparna
Required Candidate profile
- B. Tech/ BE (Civil) with 3-6 years of experience in construction of High Rise residential buildings and High End villas in Real Estate Industry
- Must have experience in Mivan Shuttering Works
