Assistant CRM Manager

Job Summary.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships: Create and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Identify sales opportunities: Work with clients to identify sales opportunities
• Solve problems: Help clients solve business or technical challenges
• Develop sales plans: Create sales plans based on customer needs
• Address customer issues: Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction: Ensure customers are satisfied with the company's products or services
• Attract new clients: Work with other departments to attract new clients

Skills

• Problem-solving: Be able to solve problems for clients
• Customer relationship management (CRM) systems: Be proficient with CRM systems
• Analytical skills: Be able to analyze data
• Empathetic listening: Actively practice empathetic listening
• Communication: Be a skilled communicator.

Age Criteria- below 35yrs.

Languages - English, Hindi & Telugu Mandatory.
