Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Lead Management: Speak with buyers who has shown interest on our platform and give consultation.
2. Facilitate Site Visits: Collaborate seamlessly with potential buyers and sellers, ensuring that the site visit process is smooth and convenient for all parties involved.
3. Convert Potential Buyers to Valued Customers: Consult the buyers on their unique requirements, navigate the buying process, and successfully close deals.
4. City New Initiatives: Lead new initiatives such as BTL activities, pamphlet distribution, attending various expo for promotions, onboarding new projects, and welcoming vendors into our network.
- Qualifications: An MBA degree is preferred but not mandatory. Undergrad is a must.
- Work Experience: 1-5 Years
