Job Description
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, screening and training new and existing POSp agents
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives
- Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans
- Contributing to meeting sales targets
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
- Following agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement
Requirements
- Sales acumen
- Solid understanding of policies and products
- Ability to mentor team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sales experience in a Health/Life Insurance company
- Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory
