Job Description
We re in search of a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Associate to lead our digital growth initiatives. In this pivotal role, you ll be crafting and executing robust digital marketing strategies to generate interest in our offerings and engage with prospects. Overseeing end-to-end campaign management, optimizing SEO/SEM efforts, handling PPC initiatives, and crafting compelling content across diverse platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to elevate website rankings, emphasizing optimization for improved visibility.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research through tools such as Semrush and Ahrefs, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Create engaging and SEO-friendly content across diverse digital platforms to enhance brand resonance.
- Develop and oversee Google AdWords campaigns, focusing on strategic keyword analysis and bid optimization.
- Leverage Google Analytics to meticulously track and analyze website traffic, user interactions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Plan, execute, and refine PPC campaigns, meticulously monitoring ad (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads) performance and adjusting budgets for optimal results.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficacy of digital marketing initiatives, offering data-driven insights.
- Create and manage profiles on G2, Product Hunt, Capterra, Trustpilot, etc.
- Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to synchronize digital efforts with overarching business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- BBA/BCOM/MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ Years of experience in relevant field (Digital marketing)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and social media management.
- Well versed with Google AdWords, and Google Analytics
- Apply critical thinking for logical analysis and problem-solving.
- Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
