Role Description This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Assistant Vice President at ASSET DEALS LLP. The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing real estate investments, conducting due diligence, and analyzing commercial real estate opportunities. This is an on-site position located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance and investments
• Knowledge of commercial real estate and real estate industry
• Strong analytical and due diligence skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Master's degree in finance or real estate is a plus
• Professional certifications in finance or real estate is a plus

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a sales expert in Real Estate.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence clients at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Master the art of positioning products against competitors.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written, communication skills
