We are urgently Looking for an Experienced SAP FICO Consultant Trainer who can provide offline Training in Kothrud, Pune

Job Type: Part-Time

Experience: Above 2+ years
Time : Weekend : Saturday & Sunday

Mode : Offline

Location : Kothrud,Pune
Salary: Per student

Note: Candidate from Pune location is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs on SAP FICO to diverse audiences, including beginners and advanced learners.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations, and documentation for SAP FICO courses.
• Conduct live training sessions, either virtually or in-person (depending on location), and support learners in real-time.
• Develop customized learning paths based on specific client requirements and the organization s needs.
• Provide ongoing support to learners, answering queries and offering guidance on SAP FICO processes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO features and best practices, integrating new content into training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary based on feedback.
• Collaborate with other SAP experts to ensure training programs reflect current industry standards.

Requirement:

• Should have good Presentation & Communication skills,
• Prior Teaching experience is added advantage,
• Must provide one Project, Assignments, Scenarios to Students to make them capable of getting a Job immediately after the Training.
• Should be fluent in English. And can Speak Hindi and Marathi.

Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Identify potential clients, including colleges, universities, and educational institutions, for seminars, webinars, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through various online and offline channels.

Client Engagement:

• Make outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Visit colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to build relationships and promote our seminars or webinars.
• Represent the company during events and meetings to showcase our offerings and secure partnerships.

Marketing Campaigns:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our educational products and services.
• Support the team in managing social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to understand the needs of educational institutions and potential clients.
• Gather feedback from clients and prospects to improve our offerings and marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating webinars, seminars, and other promotional events.

IT Knowledge:

• Utilize basic IT tools and CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and analyze performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in EdTech to effectively communicate the value of our products.

Requirements:

• Pursuing an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in the education sector and technology-driven solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to educational institutions as needed.
