About the Role:
- As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services.=
- Your role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. You will utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC. In addition, you will oversee the company's social media strategy to boost visibility and customer engagement.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our digital marketing initiatives are cohesive, innovative, and effectively drive our business objectives. This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making.

- Develop Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Planning and Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Content Marketing:
Content Strategy: Develop and manage content strategies that engage target audiences and support overall marketing goals.
Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.
SEO: Implement SEO best practices to ensure content ranks well in search engine results.
Social Media Management:
Social Media Strategy: Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a community around the brand.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Analytics and Metrics Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other digital marketing tools to track campaign performance.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Paid Advertising:
PPC Management: Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI from paid campaigns.
Email Marketing:
Email Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
List Management: Maintain and segment email lists to ensure targeted and effective communication.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate them into strategies.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior digital marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve skills and strategies.
Customer-Centric Focus:
Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
User Experience: Ensure all digital marketing efforts are designed to enhance the user experience and drive customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns (PPC).
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other marketing data tools (e.g., NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends).
- Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation for B2B segments and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
- Experience in conversion analytics funnels and optimizing for lead generation.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer support).
- Ability to manage and mentor a team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
