Business Development Representative

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or calls with potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to build strong relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development. Freshers are welcome
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work night shifts comfortably.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a bonus.
