Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining sales operations, managing CRM systems, coordinating billing processes, and ensuring smooth team communication.

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication. Good Command in telephonic Communication, with Fluent English

Key Responsibilities:

A. CRM Management:

• Manage inquiries received through social media channels, emails, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
• Track, manage and report on leads and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between campaigns and sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/Customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Support the sales team by coordinating schedules, handling client inquiries, and managing administrative tasks.

B. Sales Support and Billing

• Oversee billing processes, including generating and sending Quotations and invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely follow-ups for overdue accounts.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Work closely with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
