Leverage industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and digital experience for our clients in the Metal and Mining industry, bolstering their growth.

Engage with senior management as part of the go-to market team and assist in sales and project deliveries leveraging analytics and upcoming technology.

Develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Deliver competently within one geography, or across geographies.

Drive engagements in the area of digital transformation, operational excellence, drive initiatives around analytics and upcoming AI technologies.

Provide sound solutions to executives within all aspects of metal and mining value chain.

Harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions.

Provide necessary strategies and tools to the teams, driving their client organizations toward high performance in the new market realities.

Develop strong asset repository of key performance indicators (KPIs) leading practices and process models for Metal and Mining industry.

Deliver potential solutions spanning areas such as capex project management, business process optimization, operational excellence, maintenance and reliability and industrial automation.

Qualifications

Your experience counts!

Engineering Bachelors or Master's degree in Metallurgical, Mining, Production or Mechanical, or similar streams, and/or MBA from a Tier-1 B-school

5-9 years consulting experience in Metals and Mining industry or 3-5 years of industry experience plus 2-4 years of Consulting experience in Natural Resources industry group

Knowledge of business processes in the industry, value chain and KPIs

Exposure to enterprise solutions like SAP, Oracle, and/or business solutions like optimization tools, inventory management solutions, and so on

Understanding of Innovative application and next generation technology such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and other digital trends, for improvement in this industry

Experience of creating business use cases for digital application in Metal and Mining industry

Exposure to operational reporting and understanding the pain areas in the industry is desirable

Experience of successfully delivering business process management, and operations excellence projects

Supply chain experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management

Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace

Proficiency in python, SQL and other programming is added advantage
