Client Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions using our platform's features. Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts by upselling relevant products or services.
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and client feedback.
• Update and maintain customer account information using internal software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with partner teams to ensure adherence to compliance regulations and industry standards, providing necessary support where required.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), Google Docs/Sheets; familiarity with CRM software an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft clear emails, reports, etc.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Familiarity with Tally is a plus (preferred but not mandatory).
