GRM Assistant / Assistant Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring freshers for the position of Grievance Redressal Management (GRM) Assistant Assistant Manager at Asirvad Micro Finance Limited. This role involves addressing customer grievances, ensuring timely resolution, and enhancing customer satisfaction. It is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a career in customer service and operations in the microfinance sector.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer grievances professionally and empathetically.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues within the stipulated timeline.
• Maintain detailed records of grievances and resolutions in the system.
• Identify recurring issues and provide suggestions for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies related to grievance handling.
• Prepare regular reports on grievance trends and resolution status.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.E., B.Tech., or MBA / Any PG
• Academic Requirement: 70% and above throughout academics.
• Experience: Freshers
• Fluent in Hindi
