Jr Engineer -Maintenance Mechanical (Hydraulic)

Responsible for diagnosing & repairing any mechanical related hydraulic issues Machine maintenance of Hydraulic Operated, Injection Moulding, Blow moulding, Hydraulic Press, Robotic systems, conveyors etc. Responsible for daily, Monthly, quarterly & half yearly Preventive & breakdown maintenance of all kinds of machines Responsible for Mechanical maintenance of DG Set, air compressor, air Dryer, chiller & Boiler Maintenance Awareness of Maintenance check sheet & PM plan, safety & 5 S needed Candidate must prefer in Hydraulic maintenance & Process Industry Good knowledge of Mechanical Spare parts like, O ring, oil seal, pumps, plumbing work, Valve etc Responsible for Routine Mechanical Maintenance of Pumps, motors, chain drive, alignment of conveyors, oil, pressure control etc. Any other assignment required by management
