Warehouse Manager- Taloja

Role & responsibilities -

PRIMARY

To work as per strategic goals of the company, keeping the vision and mission of the company in mind

Managing Operations

Smooth inward and outward operations with efficient manpower utilization

Monitoring the process & troubleshooting

Proper placement of bin cards to highlight stock locations

Monitoring stock levels and flagging of low stock and slow moving/dead stock

Planning & Tagging

Space allocation planning

Location Tagging as per space allocated

Coordination

Coordinating with purchase, production, PPC & QC/ QA for inwards and dispatches

Coordination with team and workers for peel off machine operations as per customer requirements

Coordinating with maintenance team for smooth running of forklift

Proper diesel collection for forklift from maintenance team

Ensure timely renewal of forklift operator license in coordination with HR

Housekeeping, Safety and Environment (HSE)

Ensure HSE measures and compliances

Training

Identify need of training

Provide guidance and training to colleagues

Team management

Managing the team to achieve targets

Team monitoring and motivation

Preferred candidate profile - Should have experience handling inventory, taking updates of stock, coordinating dispatches, managing inward and outward operations and documentation. Should have hands on experience in MS Excel and inventory software and worked in manufacturing units. Location-Panvel, or Taloja or nearby areas.
