.Net Developer - C#/ASP/MVC (3-10 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

Application Design and Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, scalable applications using C# and related .NET technologies.

- Ensure all development aligns with project requirements, industry standards, and client needs.

Feature Implementation and Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional team including product managers, designers, and other developers-to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Actively participate in team meetings to gather insights and share progress.

Bug Fixing and Issue Resolution :

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects efficiently to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Use debugging tools and methodologies to track down issues and implement effective solutions.

Code Quality and Best Practices :

- Write clean, maintainable code that follows industry best practices and organizational standards.

- Regularly review and refine your code to improve readability, performance, and maintainability.

Code Reviews and Knowledge Sharing :

- Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members and sharing insights to help maintain a high standard of code quality across the team.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute unit tests to validate functionality and ensure software reliability and performance.

- Collaborate with the QA team as needed to address issues identified during testing.

Continuous Learning and Improvement :

Job Requirements :

Educational Background : A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience and Proficiency :

- Demonstrated experience as a C# Developer with a robust portfolio of software applications.

- Hands-on experience with the .NET framework and familiarity with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.

Strong Programming Knowledge :

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns, with the ability to apply these concepts effectively in developing scalable and reusable code.

Database Management Skills :

- Experience working with SQL and database management systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.

- Proficiency in creating, modifying, and querying databases to support application requirements.

Team Collaboration and Communication :

- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
