Job description

• To work under the direction of the Head of IT.
• To provide high standards of network and system support Including day to day operations & monitoring of Infrastructure, this includes providing safety and security of Network and system.
• To direct and support IT staff as agreed by the Head of IT & Infra Head

Job Responsibilities

• To lead a team of IT professionals and to ensure industry best practice are followed at all times
• To assist Infra Head in achieving departmental KPIs as per KFA
• Ensure the infrastructure uptime requirements are met as agreed.
• Ensure to adhere to the information Security policies
• Project Manage assigned projects end-end.
• Vendor Management
• Has experience and able to perform as an individual contributor on domain knowledge as below,
• Cisco Router, Switches, Wi-Fi Controllers, Wi-Access Points.
• Fortigate Firewall, SonicWALL firewall
• oWindows Server Administration
• oLinux Server Administration
• Team Management: Should be a team player and have handled a team of 5 to 10 members
