Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:

• Complete the Billing process in a timely and accurate manner.
• To follow QMS Protocol for billing services
• Screen patients files and bill the right services to the patient
• Provide patients with information regarding advised investigations and procedures.
• To inform/explain the patients/ attendants regarding the process of Services.
• To ensure smooth operations of Corporate clients and bill as per the MoU.
• To recheck and validate every billing services once again before printing the bill
• To ensure better and smoother coordination with doctors, nurses, technicians & staff member
• To maintain all the records as per the standard procedure.
• Billing, generate invoices, maintain daily scrolls, provide Cash/ Credit/ Corporate billing and discount information to customers
• Submit deposited cash/ cheque/ drafts/ credit slips to finance. Hold Responsibility for short cash, fake currency and opening and closing of shift.
• To seek approval for any cancelation or refund of any services from HOD.
• Resolve billing and chargeability queries raised by the internal and external patients.
• Receive and file the discount approvals in respective files.
• Entering and getting the discounts acknowledged under the respective heads
• Interface with Lab and other diagnostic areas for patients investigation reports.
• Responsible to all such activities assigned by the management.

• Job Specification:

Qualification- Graduate
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with Good Communication Skills

Atleast 1-3 Years of Experience Required in billing

Candidates From Hospitals/ Diagnostics Preffered
