Role & responsibilities -

• Production Planning and Management:
  
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets and customer demand.
  
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  
• Ensure that production operations are cost-effective and meet quality standards.
  
• Team Leadership and Supervision:
  
• Supervise and manage production staff, including training, and performance management.
  
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate production goals, updates, and safety protocols.
  
• Quality Control:
  
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  
• Monitor product quality at various stages of production and take corrective actions as necessary.
  
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues and implement improvements.
  
• Process Optimization:
  
• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to improve production processes.
  
• Safety and Compliance:
  
• Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, addressing any safety concerns promptly.
  
• Promote a safety-first culture and provide ongoing safety training for production staff.
  
• Inventory and Resource Management:
  
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production.
  
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  
• Optimize resource allocation to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  
• Reporting and Documentation:
  
• Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality.
  
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving production operations.
  
• Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues that arise during production.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role with Any Chemical product.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent knowledge of production management principles, quality control, and lean manufacturing.
  
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
