Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team by performing tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  
• Maintain accurate records and files for easy accessibility.
  
• Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and events by scheduling dates and times.
  
• Perform basic computer operations including typing documents and reports using Microsoft Word.
  
• Offer excellent customer service to clients through phone calls or email correspondence.
