Job Description

We are hiring Operation Area Executive for Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing operational and administrative function for overall contract sites and periodical visiting for various working locations for the state of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Tamil Nadu.
• Recruiting new employees based on the clients requirements and complete documentation and provide supervisory induction and training.
• Visit and resolving the clients complaint if any.
• Addressing employee’s grievances issues and resolved them amicably to maintaining harmonious working environment.
• Preparing daily/monthly attendance and MIS.
• Processing the monthly Invoice

Preferred Candidates

• Candidate should be graduate / Diploma in Health Sanitary or Accommodation Operational Management with minimum 5 years experience.
• Candidate should have good computer skills
• Candidate must be fluent in Tamil, Kannand, Telegu, Hindi and English.
• Candidate should be open to travel.
