How can you make an Impact?

• Material Delivery on time 100%
• PO to be placed within 5 days with proper approval
• Make a payment be purchase manager to supplier as per due date mentioned on PO.
• Work in Coordination with HO/BO purchase.
• Develop minimum 3 vendors of major items who are capable to deliver material as per lead time or project requirement.
• Manage to reduce cost compare to estimate by bulk purchase and advance planning.

What are we looking for?

• Software knowledge MS office, Power Point, Excel, Farvision
• Minimum 2 years of experience in group housing projects.
• Knowledge of Construction material
• Strong and clear communication written and verbal
• Take Ownership
• Payment followup
