Junior D365 functional consultant

We are seeking a skilled D365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both functional and technical aspects of marketing automation, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing module. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing real-time marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and improve overall business outcomes.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify new enhancements and opportunities within the Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing module.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to real-time marketing automation.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to develop and execute successful real-time marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the development team to implement customizations and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Stay agile and adaptable in response to changing marketing landscapes, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
• Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights and feedback to drive maximum engagement and conversions.

Technical Competency

• Programming Languages : Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS to customize and extend Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing functionalities.
• Dynamics 365 Development Framework : Familiarity with Dynamics 365 development framework, including extensions, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Database Management : Understanding of SQL databases and their usage in Dynamics 365 for data management and reporting purposes.
• Testing and Troubleshooting : Experience in testing and troubleshooting code to ensure the reliability and performance of real-time marketing applications.

Functional Competency

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing module.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 development framework, including extensions, customization, and integration.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and their usage in Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Flexibility, energy, ability to work well and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for successful campaigns & stay agile in response to changing marketing landscapes and emerging technologies.
