Job Description
- Read, imbibe and practice Aseema s approach to education
- teaching aids, plan games and activities and facilitate hands-on learning with the children
- Teach in an experiential manner and make learning relevant and meaningful for the children
- Encourage questioning and thinking and give children ample opportunity to assimilate learning
- Evaluate child s academic and social growth, keep appropriate records and prepare progress reports.
- Monitor child s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing.
- Supervise the children in order to make sure they are safe.
- Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information.
- Graduate with ECC.Ed / D.Ed certification required
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Able to build a rapport with children, and find creative ways to engage children.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well versed with recent technologies and applications Teaching.
