Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Business Development Identify, target, and engage with potential clients, including developers, real estate companies, and contractors, within Hyderabad and nearby regions.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to maximize revenue and market share.
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering customized solutions to address their property inspection needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research & Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover opportunities and strengthen the organization's market positioning.
- Provide actionable insights to the management team regarding service enhancements and market demands.
- Sales & Revenue Generation Meet and exceed sales targets by developing robust pipelines and managing client relationships effectively.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Collaboration & Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer success, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns, promotional activities, and regional events.
- Reporting & Metrics Maintain detailed records of sales activities, performance metrics, and client interactions.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development efforts, challenges, and achievements.
- Qualifications & Skills Experience :
Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or property inspection services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Technical & Functional Skills Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate and construction markets, with an established network.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Behavioral & Leadership Skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and market research skills.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
