Job description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the companys culture and values.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as recruitment platforms, social media, and employee referrals to gather qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and administer assessments to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages that align with company policies and budgetary constraints.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment technologies and methodologies to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Recruitment Manager, including preparing reports, conducting research, and assisting in special projects or initiatives as assigned.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Manufacturing, healthcare, wellness, or relate industry. (Freshers can also apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule interviews.
• Facilitate the offer process and negotiate salary packages.
• Maintain Accurate records of recruitment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Support the HR Recruitment Manager in other tasks as needed.

Monthly Salary:- 18k to 20k in hand
