Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze organizational requirements and design high-performance IT solutions that address business challenges.

- Use structured system analysis, data modeling, and information engineering methodologies to create clear, effective system designs that enhance operational efficiency.

- Oversee the testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and programs to ensure smooth performance.

- Utilize modern programming languages and technologies to keep systems up-to-date, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

- Facilitate seamless integration across systems, ensuring consistent performance and data accuracy across the organization.

- Employ Internet and multimedia technologies to enhance data communication and streamline data exchange processes.

- Evaluate off-the-shelf software solutions and customize them to meet specific organizational needs, adapting technology to better fit operational contexts.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure customized applications align with business goals and operational requirements.

- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to empower users, enabling them to utilize IT solutions effectively.

- Provide ongoing technical support, addressing user concerns promptly to maintain productivity and minimize downtime.

- Stay informed on the latest advancements in technology by studying manuals, journals, and other industry publications.

- Make strategic recommendations for new equipment, software, or technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role focused on systems analysis and IT solutions.

- Strong skills in systems analysis, data modeling, and structured design techniques.

- Proficiency with modern programming languages and experience in system integration.

- Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate complex requirements and develop effective IT solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver clear training sessions.

- Ability to stay updated with tech trends and translate them into actionable improvements for the organization.
