Ascent Engineers Infrastructures India Private Limited is looking for Dy . Manager / Manager - Accounts to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all financial transactions are processed in a timely manner. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Manage the budgeting process, including developing and monitoring the company's annual budget. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships. Manage and supervise accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other financial professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
