Artificial Intelligence Engineer - AI Agent & Automation (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in building AI agents and automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions using tools like OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, SmolAgents, Vector Databases, LlamaIndex, and other AI frameworks.

This role focuses on developing intelligent AI systems, automating decision-making processes, and optimizing AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI agents for automation, decision-making, and cognitive tasks.

- Utilize tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, SmolAgents, OpenAI APIs, and LlamaIndex to build AI-driven applications.

- Implement Vector Databases for efficient retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications.

- Design, optimize, and integrate LLM-based applications within business processes.

- Develop AI-driven automation workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into broader data ecosystems.

- Optimize AI models for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency in real-world applications.

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, LLM development, and AI-driven automation.

- Proficiency in Python and AI libraries/frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related AI toolkits.

- Strong understanding of Vector Databases, LlamaIndex, and knowledge retrieval methods.

- Expertise in building and deploying AI-powered automation solutions.

- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

- Familiarity with MLOps and AI model lifecycle management is a plus
