Job Description

Proficient in BIM technology using Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc

An in-depth understanding of US & Canada design criteria, standards, and regulations.

Prior experience working as a Lead MEP Coordinator in the team for resolution/identification of the clashes in a Navisworks environment.

Should have prior experience in preparing HVAC shop drawings, ventilation and chilled water layout, and duct & pipe size calculations.

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients regarding the technical issues/clashes in Model.

Navisworks experience must include clash detection, 4D/5D simulation, and sequencing.

Should have the capability to understand the coordination with all other disciplines.

Experience in MEP shop drawings, RFI rectification, and coordination.
