Internal Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work cross-functionally to translate high level product requirements into detailed engineering requirements drive the successful adoption of features delivered by the engineering team.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline .
• 3+ years of experience in networking and security .

• Understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Experience deploying networking and security features as a consumer or as a customer support engineer.
• Experience working in a Linux environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills and ability to train engineers to use Aryaka .
• Must be able to write coherent engineering requirements and other technical documents .

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a bridge between Product Management and Engineering to help translate the high-level Product Requirements into detailed Engineering Requirements .
• Develop a deep technical understanding of the Aryaka service to help drive the architecture of new features/services .
• Synthesis different point of view and drive consensus cross-functionally to come with coherent solution for various problems .
• Understand new feature requirements and design requirements for how the feature will be used.
• Create requirements documents for new features for the Data plane, Network Management Portals (Internal and Customer Facing) etc.
• Write UX Design for the Network Management Portals .
• Work with the development teams to schedule releases so that a service can be delivered in a meaningful manner.
• Work with Network Operations and Customer Support to deploy new features.
• Write Standard Operating Procedures, Service Notes and troubleshooting documents for the customer support team.
• Pilot new features in the production network.
• Develop training material for the support team.
• Help with the early adoption of the feature by the customers.
