We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to oversee security matters, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and managing public relations for our institution. The ideal candidate will preferably be an Ex-Serviceman with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the security and safety of the institutions premises, personnel, and assets.
Establish and maintain effective liaisons with law enforcement agencies, local authorities, and relevant security organizations.
Manage public relations efforts to enhance the institutions image and reputation.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Conduct security risk assessments and recommend appropriate measures.
Train and supervise security personnel.
Investigate security incidents and take necessary actions.
Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure functionality.
Handle emergency situations and crisis management effectively.
