Job Description
- AR caller : Good Communicational skills, capable enough to talk to the foreign clients.
- Perform pre-call analysis and check the status by calling the payor or using IVR or web portal services.
- One needs to get the in-depth knowledge of Denial management, A/R fundamentals, Healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes.
- Medical Billing : Good knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS; resolve claim denials and appeal any necessary cases; Maintain detailed records of Billing activities, including claim status, denials and payment history
- Medical Coder: Manage the program for high-quality, timely coding of diagnosis and procedures for inpatient and outpatient accounts, using ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding classification systems, to meet billing system requirements.
- Work closely with uncover services and discuss coding analysis results.
- CPC certification will be an added advantage.
