Mep Engineer - Real Estate

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

Review and understand contract documents, drawings, and specifications related to MEP systems.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design.

Installation and Supervision:

Supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Monitor the progress of MEP installations and ensure that they are completed within the project timeline.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the quality of MEP installations.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Technical Support and Problem Solving:

Provide technical advice and support to the construction team regarding MEP systems.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the installation process promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of MEP installations, including plans, specifications, inspection reports, and testing results.

Prepare and submit progress reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
