Senior Manager Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets.
• Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and financial reconciliations.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and customer collections.
• Oversee reconciliations of bank accounts, vendors, and debtors.
• Internal Controls & Audit:
• Implement strong internal controls to prevent financial risks.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual audits.
• Team Leadership & ERP Management:
• Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team.
