Job Description
Arunodaya University is looking for Controller of Examination to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Exam Planning and Scheduling: Collaborating with faculty and academic departments to plan and create the examination schedule for various courses and programs
- Ensuring that the examination timetable is well-organized and communicated to students and faculty in a timely manner
- Question Paper Setting: Coordinating with subject experts and faculty members to develop or select appropriate examination question papers that align with the curriculum and assessment objectives
- Exam Administration: Overseeing the smooth conduct of examinations, both for regular sessions and supplementary exams, if applicable
- Ensuring that exam venues are appropriately arranged, and all necessary materials are provided
- Exam Security and Integrity: Implementing measures to maintain the security and integrity of the examination process
- This includes preventing cheating, plagiarism, and any other forms of academic misconduct
- Evaluation and Grading: Coordinating the evaluation and grading process, which involves managing exam answer scripts, assigning examiners, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations
- Results Processing: Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of exam results
- Collaborating with relevant departments to compile and publish results for students
