Job involves in serving existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems as required.
Establishes the complete system by studying the system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques with consultation with Project Incharge recommending system improvements.
Documents relating service and installation forms, reports, logs, and records need to be maintained as per the instructions of the Project Incharge.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading relevant professional publications/ articles.
