PPC Manager

Role & responsibilities

Ensure timely delivery of module orders by managing product planning, specifications, work orders, and inventory needs.

• Optimize manufacturing and assembly processes (Cutting, CNC, Modul, Test Table) through best practices and continuous improvement.
• Analyze data to enhance TPS and improve processes based on real-time production data.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by planning production efficiently, ensuring on-time shipment, and addressing customer requirements.
• Align with production and project plans, manage production checklists, and provide technical support to the team.
• Ensure timely updates of technical drawings and material lists by relevant departments.
• Confirm quality and delivery dates, monitor production stages, and plan for test table module layouts.
• Analyze costs and productivity, track daily quantity and turnover, and motivate employees towards targets.
• Collaborate with Quality Inspectors to ensure module quality, minimize rework, and support packaging.
• Support 5S system implementation and ensure an organized production area.
• Lead the team with SMART targets, foster cooperation, provide feedback, and recognize achievements.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from wire harness/electronics industry is preferred.
