Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the branch sales teamto achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct training sessions to enhance the teamknowledge of home loan products and sales techniques. Provide regular performance feedback andcoaching to team members to drive improvement and meet performance objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships withexisting customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Develop a network of potential customersthrough referrals, networking, and marketing activities. Process Implementation Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of sales policies,procedures, and best practices at the branch level. Monitor team performance, adherence topolicies, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesto drive branch growth. Develop strategies to increase marketpenetration and boost revenue. Reporting Analysis: Provide regular sales reports to seniormanagement on performance, trends, and progress towards targets. Analyze market and sales data to identifypotential improvements and opportunities.
