Job Description
- Independent handling of ROC matters, Board Resolutions, Regular filings, Notices handling and other compliances for Private and Public Companies.
- Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
- Convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
- Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Incorporation of a Company ad LLP.
- Strike-off of a Company and LLP.
- Conversion of Company into LLP.
- Semi Qualified Company Secretary with minimum 1 year of experience in ROC matters
- Good command on Ms Excel & Word.
- Good Communication skills
