Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Brand Marketing and Communication Manager to lead our branding, marketing, communication, and CSR initiatives at ARTH, a fast-growing NBFC fintech company with multiple branches/centers. The Brand Marketing and Communication Manager will be responsible for shaping the company's brand presence, driving marketing campaigns, executing BTL activities and events, managing internal and external communications, and leading impactful CSR initiatives. This position requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Management:

- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that reflects the company's values, vision, and mission.

- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including print, digital, and in-branch communications.

- Oversee the development of brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging to maintain uniformity across all channels.

- Drive initiatives to enhance brand awareness and loyalty within target audiences.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to position the company's brand in alignment with business objectives.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and services across multiple channels (digital, social, print, etc.).

- Lead and execute the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, ads, social media posts, and email marketing.

- Analyze customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends to drive creative marketing strategies.

- Coordinate and manage digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing.

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing them based on data-driven insights.

Event Management & BTL Activities:

- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage customers, stakeholders, and employees.

- Organize below-the-line (BTL) activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, experiential marketing events, and local activations at each of the company's 10 branches/centers.

- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of events and activities within budget and timeline.

- Manage the end-to-end event process from concept creation to post-event evaluations, ensuring brand objectives are met.

- Ensure all events and BTL activities adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent brand experience.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Activities:

- Lead the company's CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's values and mission.

- Develop and implement CSR campaigns and programs that have a meaningful impact on the community.

-Collaborate with non-profit organizations, local communities, and partners to identify key CSR opportunities.

- Plan and oversee CSR events such as community service programs, charity drives, financial literacy workshops, and other social responsibility initiatives.

- Monitor the progress of CSR projects, ensuring effective implementation, and evaluate their outcomes to assess impact.

- Ensure the company's CSR activities are effectively communicated to both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the company's brand reputation and social goodwill.

Communication Management:

- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that effectively convey the brand message to employees, customers, and stakeholders.

- Create clear, engaging, and informative content for different platforms (website, social media, press releases, etc.).

- Manage relationships with media, journalists, and influencers, ensuring the company's voice is represented in a positive light.

- Handle crisis communication as required, ensuring timely and professional responses to any issues or negative feedback.

- Regularly update senior leadership on the status and impact of communication and marketing initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, regulators (e.g., RBI), partners, and investors, to foster strong relationships and enhance the company's reputation.

- Work closely with HR and internal teams to promote the company's culture and values through internal communication campaigns.

- Support regulatory compliance communications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Branch and Center Coordination:

- Coordinate marketing efforts across all branches and centers to ensure local relevance and brand consistency.

- Support branch managers with localized marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.

- Create and implement customer engagement strategies tailored to the unique needs of each branch/center.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand, marketing, event, CSR, and communication campaigns.

- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing and communication activities.

- Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to keep the marketing and brand strategies fresh and competitive.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, event management, communication, or related fields, ideally within the financial services, fintech, or tech industry.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services regulations and fintech industry trends.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid media).

- Proven experience in event management and execution of BTL activities.

- Experience in planning and leading CSR initiatives.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.).

- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.

- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements:

- Experience in handling multi-location marketing campaigns, ideally for a company with a national or regional presence.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and apply insights to future campaigns.

- Proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with an emphasis on customer engagement.
