Job description: Digital Acquisitions & Growth
- A strong equity-based compensation package with a decent cash component (CTC: - 12-22L) to cover essential living expenses, ensuring you can focus on building and growing the startup.
- Looking for a consumer obsessed & passionate sales professional who can manage to scale acquisitions in a capital efficient manner
- At a point where he/she wants to try out something new or entrepreneurial and can invest time into it
- Startup experience or a proven track record of innovative growth strategies will be a significant advantage
- Current co-founders are experienced business & Art experts, with top tier education & professional track record. With healthy traction, reputed seed investors and clear growth roadmap, the company is poised for high growth and moving toward a series A investment in the short run.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Develop and execute high-impact campaigns, including ads and sales communication, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Sales Operations Optimization: Streamline processes to optimize acquisition funnel, improve conversion rates, and scale acquisition efforts.
- New Digital Channels: Explore and leverage SEO, affiliate marketing, and emerging platforms to tap into diverse audiences and expand reach.
- Multi-Geography Management: Strategically lead acquisition efforts across regions and segments, tailoring approaches to local markets and customer needs.
- Unit Economics & Growth: Optimize acquisition costs and profitability while driving sustainable, data-driven growth strategies.
Successful Applicant should have:
- Experience in managing Digital acquisition, sales process & funnel
- Experience in managing performance marketing budgets and sales led campaigns
- Experience in early-stage startups or launching products
- Any experience in learning Artforms is a bonus but not necessary
