- Contract Negotiation and Onboarding: Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements. Oversee the smooth onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and positive customer experience.
- Sales Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the founding team to design and implement innovative sales strategies that align with business goals. Adapt sales approaches based on market trends and customer needs.
- Performance Tracking and Improvement: Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Set clear targets for the sales team and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities for team members.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 12 to 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the construction industry
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong English and Excel skills required
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different levels in organization
- Ability to work effectively with the board, management, and stakeholders
