Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced UI Developer to join our development team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with expertise in
building responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role
requires proficiency in modern web technologies, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to
collaborate effectively with designers and backend developers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front-End Development:
o Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile
applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
o Implement interactive and dynamic features using modern JavaScript
frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
o Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web pages for performance.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and
wireframes into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
o Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with
server-side logic and APIs.
o Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• User Experience:
o Ensure that the user experience is a top priority by implementing best practices
in usability and accessibility.
o Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user
interface and experience. • Maintenance & Optimization:
o Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases, ensuring code quality,
reusability, and scalability.
o Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Tooling & Best Practices:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end
development and web technologies.
o Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management and
collaboration.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI Developer, with a strong portfolio of front-end
development projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in modern
frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
issues.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development
workflows.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with CSS pre-processors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and modern CSS frameworks
(e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
