Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Junior PMO Analyst with 2 years of experience to support the Project
Management Office in managing and overseeing the delivery of multiple projects. The ideal
candidate will have strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a good
understanding of project governance practices. You will assist in the planning, tracking, and
reporting of projects and ensure that the PMO processes are followed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Governance: Ensure that projects are following the PMO's governance framework by
conducting regular reviews, audits, and ensuring compliance with project management
methodologies.
• Monitoring & Reporting (dashboards): Track project progress by gathering data and
preparing reports on project milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, and timelines for the
PMO and senior management.
• Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying project risks and issues, documenting
them, and working with the project team to ensure effective mitigation and resolution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders,
ensuring that all parties are informed of project status, potential risks, and key decisions.
• Resource Management and KPI: Support the allocation and management of resources
across multiple projects, ensuring efficient use of people and tools. Monitor the resource
performance through metrics and KPIs
• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the project
delivery process and provide recommendations for streamlining workflows or enhancing
project management practices.
• Tool Management: Maintain and update project management tools (e.g JIRA,) to ensure
accurate tracking of project deliverables, timelines, and resources.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a PMO role or project management environment.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or
a related field.
• Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies
(Agile, Waterfall, etc.), tools, and governance processes. • Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in using project management tools such as , JIRA
o Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
o Ability to generate and interpret data reports using Excel or other reporting tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate project data and
provide actionable insights.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
communicate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing project
documentation and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support multiple
projects simultaneously.
